Aspiring Marriage & Family Therapist. Founder of Inner Circle Women. Author of How to Heartbreak. Lover of people, wellness, and the belief that healing is always possible.

Her Story

Passionate about healing — especially in relationships.

Most people know her as Kem — short for Audrey Nkemdilim Osudoh. She is in her second year of graduate school pursuing a degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, with a deep passion for relational healing across couples, families, and individuals. Her work is rooted in the belief that our most transformative growth happens in relationship, and that with the right support, people can rewrite the patterns that have held them back. On Instagram at Our People Therapy, she documents her journey to becoming a professional therapist: an honest look at what it means to pursue this work while still becoming.

A natural community builder, Kem has spent years creating platforms that celebrate and uplift her people. She co-founded Melanic to increase Black representation in the beauty industry, produced the "Blackness Through the Decades" fashion show at Ohio State, and organized the Black Market Tour showcasing Black-owned businesses.

She founded Inner Circle Women after recognizing a deep, unmet need for spaces where women could be honest about their mental health struggles and heal through community. Inner Circle Women is a women's wellness collective based in Atlanta, GA.

"I wanted to create the space I wish I had. Where women could put down the weight they carry and just be."
